Silver Oak online casino is one of many that use the popular Real Time Gaming, RTG, software platform.

While you may think if you’ve played at one RTG casino you’ve played at them all, don’t forget the new games being added all the time and the different bonuses and promotions offered by different casinos.

Silver Oak has some of the best bonuses to be found online.

Customer Service

The customer service department offers numerous ways to get in touch with them and has a thorough frequently asked questions section dealing with common concerns and questions including deposits and pay outs.

You can reach customer service by phone at 1-888-402-2063 or by fax at 1-866-725-1126. They also have a live chat feature available from the web site 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you want to use Skype the account is named silveroaksupport1 and is available Monday through Friday from 2PM Eastern to 9PM Eastern.

Silver Oak has three different support email addresses set up. For general questions use help@silveroakcasino.com and for payout questions use payouts@silveroakcasino.com and for deposit questions use deposits@silveroakcasino.com.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

Your available deposit and withdrawal methods depend a great deal on where you live. I’ve listed the most common methods for both deposits and withdrawals, but you may need to log into the cashier area once you sign up or contact support to learn which ones are available where you live.

The most common deposit methods include using a Visa or MasterCard, using a bank wire, Neteller, Skrill, or a cash transfer.

Withdrawals can be processed by a check, bank wire, cash transfer, or Neteller.

Games

The games offered by Silver Oak fall into four different categories. Slot machines, table games, specialty games, and video poker games each have a collection of new and old offerings. With over 130 different games available, Silver Oak casino should have something to offer even the pickiest player.

Though this is far from a complete list of games, here’s a list of some of the most popular offerings in each of the four categories.

Specialty Games – Sic Bo, craps, American roulette, French roulette, European roulette, keno, Hot Dice, and Bonus bingo.

Table Games – Casino War, Super 21, Red Dog, pontoon, baccarat, blackjack, Let’em Ride, Pai Gow poker, Perfect Pair blackjack, and Vegas three card rummy.

Video Poker – Deuces Wild, Jacks or Better, Aces and Eights, Bonus Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker, Double Bonus Poker, Double Double Bonus Poker, Joker Poker, Loose Deuces, and Pick’em poker.

Slot Machines – Rudolph’s Revenge, Santa Strikes Back, T-Rex, Elf Wars, The Three Stooges, Mice Dice, Mystic dragon, Naughty or Nice, Naughty or Nice Spring Break, Orc vs Elf, Ronin, Happy Golden Ox of Happiness, Haunted Opera, Hillbillies, Hillbillies Cashola, London Inspector, Basketbull, Builder Beaver, Cash Bandits, Count Spectacular, Crazy Vegas, Derby Dollars, Diamond Mine Deluxe, Food Fight, Football Frenzy, and Fruit Bowl XXV.

Bonuses and Promotions

Silver Oak offers a mix of bonuses and promotions that isn’t matched by many online casinos. The first bonus offering is actually ten different bonuses of up to $1,000 each on your first 10 deposits. The bonus code is different on each deposit, starting with SILVEROAK1 and going up to SILVEROAK10. Once you sign up for an account you have to log into the account, navigate to the cashier area, click the redeem coupon button and enter the code. You must do all of this before making a deposit.

You don’t make your deposit until after you redeem your coupon code.

If you aren’t ready to make a deposit the Silver Oak casino offers three different no deposit bonuses. You can use the code FREESILVER to get a $100 no deposit bonus, the code SILVER25 to get a $25 no deposit bonus or the code SILVER50 to get a free $50 no deposit bonus.

Another interesting promotion bonus is the Crewpon. By using the code CREW270 you get a 270% bonus on your deposit and a guaranteed free chip at the end of the month. A recent month had over 440 players each receive a free $200 chip. The more players who claim their free bonus the more everyone receives.

Other promotions include a special blackjack bonus, weekly bonuses, happy hour bonuses, cash back bonuses, and a $777 deposit bonus for players who are re-depositing after their initial run of deposit bonuses.

Unless you don’t want to use a bonus, you shouldn’t ever have to play without one at Silver Oak.

The standard play through requirements for most bonuses at Silver Oak are 30 times the deposit and bonus for slots and keno and 60 times for video poker and table games that are allowed. Each bonus has it’s own rules and regulations so make sure you read the entire terms and conditions document each time. Most of the Silver Oak terms can be found at https://www.silveroakcasino.com/terms-conditions/

Rating

I admit that I like RTG casino software so I’ve played at many online casinos using it. It’s a solid software with good games. They aren’t always quite as flashy or “new” feeling as some more recent players to the software game, but it’s kind of like McDonalds. You get the same games and gameplay for the most part at every Real Time Gaming casino.

This is comforting to many players, myself included.

So the main things to rate are the other things like customer service and bonuses.

In the past Silver Oak has had some bad press on some popular gambling forums dealing with slow pay, bonus problems, and some claims of outright theft.

Supposedly the ownership group has taken steps to deal with these issues and players are being treated better now.

Five years ago I probably wouldn’t recommend playing at Silver Oak, but it looks like they’ve turned a corner so I don’t worry about recommending them at this time.

I recommend starting with a fairly small deposit of $100 or $250 to test the bonus, play, and customer support, and cash out your winnings after clearing the bonus. Once you have successfully received a cash out you can deposit again.

Most complaints found online dealing with bonus problems are directly related to players not reading the entire terms and conditions section before accepting a bonus. Don’t make the same mistake.
